Terminating my Mediads account

How this article helps you

This article explains the procedure to end your contractual relationship with Mediads and what happens to ongoing commitments.

How do I terminate my Mediads account?

You can terminate your contractual relationship with Mediads at any time, with a 30-day notice by written notification, in accordance with the T&Cs. Send your request to Mediads support through the platform.

What are the consequences of termination?

At the end of the 30-day notice period, your access to the platform is deactivated and the media brands' and content creators' pages are removed from your ads. Your Mediads amplifications are deleted, not simply deactivated. This is to prevent any risk of reactivation in the event of a technical incident on Meta's side: a simple deactivation would allow the ads to be reactivated autonomously, which is why full deletion is applied.

The following elements remain unchanged after termination:

  • Due or outstanding invoices remain due.

  • Your data on your ad management platform (audiences, pixel, history) is not affected as it is hosted on your own account.

  • The confidentiality obligation provided in the T&Cs continues to apply.

Can I return to Mediads after termination?

Yes. You can recreate a Mediads account at any time after termination, with no additional fees. Your new workspace will be reset: you will need to reconnect your ad management platform and reconfigure your payment method.

Can Mediads terminate my account?
