Who to contact and how

How to reach Lisa and the Mediads support team, what to have ready, and how to make sure the answer finds you.

How do I reach Mediads?

Click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the chat and ask your question. Lisa, Mediads conversational agent, answers first. Lisa can also hand the conversation over to the Mediads support team if needed.

The chat is the only door: Mediads has no support email address for advertisers, and no contact form is needed. Lisa answers 24/7, and her answers are drawn from this Help Center, so she points you to the page that covers your case. More about her in Lisa, the Mediads assistant.

Open the chat

The chat opens from any Mediads page. Select the round chat button at the bottom right of the screen:

Then, click Start a conversation. The same panel also lets you search this Help Center before you ask.

Lisa then asks what type of request you want to make, and you choose one of four options: Mediads question, General Social Ads question, Bug, and Feature request :

The four sections below say which one to choose, and what to have ready.

Leave your email address

Leave your email address in the chat. The conversation lives in your browser: if you close the page before the answer arrives, you may never see it. With your email address, the reply reaches you once you have left, which matters when your question arrives outside working hours.

Before you start: have the ad ID, the invoice number or a screenshot of the screen at hand. It saves a round trip.

Mediads question

Choose Mediads question in the chat for everything that is neither a bug nor an idea. It is the option that covers most requests, such as:

  • Any question about fees, mechanism, getting started with Mediads, supported platforms and industries.

  • Your amplifications and your Mediads Workspace. Activating an amplification, connecting your ad management platform, browsing the catalog.

  • Strategy. Media brand recommendation, media brand & content creator mix.

  • Billing and invoices. Give the invoice number or the period concerned, so the answer comes back in one go.

  • Any emergency related to your Mediads Workspace

General Social Ads question

Choose General Social Ads question in the chat when your question is about your Social Ads campaigns in general, rather than about Mediads itself.

Bug

Choose Bug in the chat when something in Mediads does not work: an error message on an ad, an ad that is no longer delivered from the partner's page, a blocked account, or a screen that stays empty.

Share a screenshot and the ad ID concerned. The more detail you give, the faster the answer comes. If the situation is urgent, say so in your first message.

Feature request

Choose Feature request in the chat when you would like Mediads to do something it does not do today. Lisa then asks you to create a ticket, so that the idea is recorded instead of ending its life in a conversation.

Say what you are trying to achieve, and not only what you would like to see on screen: it is what lets the Mediads support team tell you whether something already does the job.

What if I do not have a Mediads account yet?

Creating a Mediads account is free and without commitment, and it opens 6 things at once:

  • Mediads Sonar™: the recommendation feature in your Mediads Workspace: it analyzes your brand, then matches you with the media brands whose authority is most relevant for your audience. The recommendation is guidance, not a constraint.

  • The Catalog, which counts more than 350 premium partner media brands plus content creators.

  • Mediads Chrome Extension: it overlays your Meta Business Manager and lets you activate an amplification without leaving it.

  • The Mediads dashboard shows your results with the Mediads fees included, so you can steer on ROI and not on spend alone.

  • Lisa answers 24/7 inside the Mediads platform, from your first thoughts about which media brands fit your campaign through to activating your amplification.

  • This Help Center in full.
